you overcame things you fought them

and I walked around

and I saw that most people didn't live up to that ethos

대부분 그 철학에 못 미치고 있었어요

like if you go to whatever company

어떤 조직이든 마찬가지예요

they have this mission statement on how we want to run our company

“우리는 회사를 이렇게 운영하고 싶다”는 사명 문구는 있지만

I made one for myself on how I wanna be

나는 내가 어떤 사람이 되고 싶은지에 대해 나만의 기준을 만들었어요

and that is why if people can make up a mission statement in ethos and which they wanna live by

사람들이 자신이 따라 살고 싶은 삶의 사명이나 철학을 만들 수 있다면

and every morning you wake up

매일 아침 그 기준에 맞게

you hold yourself accountable to that mission

내가 살고 있는지 돌아보는 거예요

not a company's your own make up your own mission statement

and once you do that now you can work with somebody to get better
